About K. Venkatesh
That art transcends all boundaries and barriers is personified in K. Venkatesh, a freelance photographer.
Without any formal qualification or training in photography, Venkatesh, through his sheer comprehension and keen observations, has honed his skills as a lensman.
His photography captures the vivid dimensions of life – the weird and queer, humble and extravagant, traditional and contemporary – in all its essentials.
In his enthusiasm to capture life through his lens, Venkatesh has served a cause without much ado. His albums featuring transgenders signify the changing times and expose the dexterity of a marginalised community. He has the following galleries and honors to his credit.
